On Android:
Download the ringtone from a recommended platform.
Move the file to the Ringtones folder via a file manager.

Go to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Ringtone, then select your downloaded file.
On iPhone:
Download the ringtone via GarageBand or import it from iTunes.
Trim the file if necessary (30 seconds maximum).
Go to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Ringtone, and apply your file. Download the list of telephone ringtones on the website: https://sonnerie.tel/
